Black Magic Ritual Preformed On 2 Year Old ?

Supposedly the step-father has admitted to putting as many as 50 needles into his 2 year old step-son. I want to know how in the heck he got those in there without leaving any marks, and how the pins got so far into the boys body if they were coming from the outside. And I swear if someone says, 'it t'was magic !' I'll scream. There has to be a logical explanation for this occurrence. I say someone ought to skewer this butthead with hot metal rods and claim they were practicing black magic.
