Many users from the old forum already know each other, but some users may be completely new to the group. Introduce yourself here. For security, please refrain from using extremely personal information.

Here's an example:

My forum username is tnseditor on here and the Ubuntu Forums as well as other places online. I enjoy gardening, working with computers, Ubuntu Linux, decorating with plenty of Christmas lights (I actually enjoy lighting in general!). I am active in our church, Pleasant View Church of the Brethren, and its youth group, The Reef. I was elected to serve on the church's board in 2009. When I'm not somewhere online, I can most likely be found at Menards, Walmart, or at Rhodes State College where I am a student and a workstudy for the IS department. Another place you may likely find me is at church where I am working on remodeling it. So far my friends and I have redone the nursery, office, youth room, and most recently, the sanctuary and Sunday School classrooms.

I'm CDSMOM. The CDS are the initials of 3 or my 26 children. The three I actually like. The other 23, I left in a shoe behind my old residence. I graduated from Rhodes this past June with an AAS in Design Engineering and I am currently completing my Bachelors in Applied Management through Franklin University. When I'm not taking care of my kids, studying or doing assignments, or on here, I'm killing fish and plants, or trying to beat Dolphinlovers score in Bejeweled and Batista's score in Farkle on facebook. Amidst all that I also find time to do website maintenance for a real estate firm.

To some of the old forum members, I am remembered as "Ohio Republiscum". I blog excessively as "Not_A_Libscum" on liberal political sites and "Not_A_Republiscum" on conservative websites. I am basically politically independent crossing back and forth depending on the issue: Pro Single Payer Health Care, Pro Gun Rights, Pro Choice, Anti Death Penalty, etc.

I have retired since being laid off from Ford Motor Company. After all, I am old and cranky enough.

Too all new members, I can guarantee you that most of the members of the old forum are absolutely great people ... just don't make "Toolie" mad. She'll push you down the stairs!

Hi! I'm NAN! The one known to be 'O's' other half. BTW, O hasn't signed up yet, but I am sure he will soon. I originally started as NANofVW, which means Not A Native of Van Wert. I live in Van Wert with by hubby & grown sons.

The members from the old forum are a GRAND group of people!!! We had lost several over a period of time and am VERY happy to meet up with them again. Hopefully others will find their way here. I do have a you tube account and am planning on putting this website up there, in case any of those members we were unable to locate may visit there.

Hi I'm Chappy, may remember me with this screen name from TLN but I was Antibubbles on the other NWO forum. I am a mom, wife and nurse. I love life and helping others and am just an all around cheerful smiley person. I am a female gamer also! World of Warcraft is my game and I enjoy playing it with my friends. I was asked to join the old site by a few people i met on TLN and I enjoy this group of people much much more then over there. I enjoy other peoples opinions and everyone here I have to say is a wonderful group of people and I am so thankful that we are all able to share with each other.

I will admit Duke and Tools pulled me out of a very bad depressive state that I was in over the summer. Words can't express the gratitude and aprieciation I have for them for helping during a painful time in my life. You guys are beyond wonderful!

Hi....BaileyM here....thanks to CDS mom for giving me the message about the new forum.....It's a shame the other forum had to end up like that...but I'm sure this one will be even better....and it's got snowflakes... ...I'm a wife, mother, grams and great grams....I'm still getting used to the GREAT GRAMS part....whooooo....another one due next May....
I'm not too computer savy, so a lot of my computer posts are due to sheer luck..LOL....

Yeah Renny is definitely a class guy. You know folks like to talk about others but Renny is one of those rare few that you never hear anything negative about.
I saw him on day shift maybe a couple of months or so ago but I hadn't heard anything lately about him. I'll inquire when I go back to work this evening.

Hi everyone. I'm misspearl. I use this screen name because it's my cat's name and is very easy to remember! Thanks to those of you who messaged me about this site. I had some trouble finding my way, but finally made it. I haven't met any of you...yet. I feel a kinship with some of you. I think all of you are great. I've lived in Lima all my life, lost my job at one of the area factories after 32 years. Plant closed. I found my way to another job working in a local homeless shelter. I love it! I love all my cats, dog, my family and several close friends. I am a longtime proud member of The Steeler Nation, as duke can attest to! I don't post too often and try to refrain from political topics. I consider myself a conservative Democrat, but political discussions seem to get ugly so I just refrain. I couldn't stand all the political bickering and nonsense over on TLN so I left. Couldn't deal with torch, oldperson and happyg. I enjoy reading all your posts and getting to "know" you all. Thanks Tony. Renny and Carmen lived in the house across the street from us growing up. Renny was like the Fonz of the neighborhood, and anytime there was trouble, he would make it go away.

Hello everyone old forum friends and new ones alike. I go by the usrename " rubyb " because one of my favorite persons in the world was Flip Wilson and he had a characture Ruby Bagonia. For those who are not old enough to remember, Flip Wilson was a comedian in the seventies. Yes Duke, I too am a Pittsburg Steelers fan and a Buckeye fan. I am a moderate Democrat as opposed to a bleeding heart liberal. I don't post a lot but I really enjoy the back and forth bantor between Duke and O. Toolie is my hero. I am also in tune with NaNs political views. End of intro, good hunting.

I am dukester2, which derived from the nickname, 'duke', which some of my Buds called me way back in the days of the one-room schoolhouses. That came from a a shortened version of the mispronunciation of my last name, which came out as, 'Dooker', not John Wayne.

I'm the mega-proud father of 3 children and one amazing grandson, Biggie. I've been divorced since 2000 and, like Tools, am best of friends with my ex. I am in love with apricotblond, whom I have known since 7th grade...she is fantastic, although obviously not the brainiest smurf in the blue bunch, because she is in love with me too.

You ALL are fantastic, and like a family to me, (except none of you bastids or byotch's ever invite me over for holiday meals and shit). I need my forum fix the first thing in the morning to see what's new with you all, and to see what kind of cruel and unusual punishment O has bestowed upon me.

Tools...wow, what can I say about this nut? The very first time we met, I knew that this was someone that was just as warped as me, except in a female chassis. She IS my best Bud, and like she said, we can be in a funk and pull out of it by a simple txt, a call, or a swill or 5 at The Barrel! I love her Daddy, her son Nick is the best, and Bill is great too, (except he has been known to corrupt me by taking me on risque golf outings and such).
