    We should have been that smart back in the early 90's when they first tried to blow up the Twin Towers. Frankly I think we're too dumb to realize that we have never been that well liked - even going back to WWI.

    It's fine if our children get murdered and we spend ca-zillions in foreign aid, frankly our freedoms just make us envied and despised at the same time.

    If Bush didn't know where UBL was in Afghanistan, he should have either vaporized the place, sent in assassination teams or bide his time. As far as Iraq - dumbest damn foreign policy move in 200 years. If he was worried about Saddam getting nukes, he should have loaned a few missiles to Israel and STFU.

    Rant over ... feel much better now.

    Jerry...gotta agree with you completely!!!
    I started to go off on a rant as to why we make not be liked, not only these last several years...but for many, many years and changed my mind.

    This site did sort of sum up what I think. I do love the USA, but I still agree with much of what was said on here.
